Walk Talk Therapy

Walk Talk Therapy combines the benefits of traditional therapy with the additional benefits of being outside in nature whilst taking exercise. Read more the benefits of Walk Talk Therapy here.

Suitable for anyone who can manage a gentle stroll, you set the pace that is comfortable for you and can choose to pause or sit for a while if you wish.

Due to the flexibility of being outside and on the move, sleeping babies or well-behaved dogs can be accommodated.

Whatever the weather, there are some beautiful places to walk in Woodley and the surrounding areas,. There is the option to move back inside if the weather is particularly bad.
